A Tible is a delightful, robust, engaging collectible digital object. The Tibles digital collecting ecosystem on the Flow blockchain is premised on the value of ownership, rooted in the experience of collecting, and designed to propel brands into this new era.

  • Developed company vision, strategy and hypotheses.

  • Researched several areas of blockchain development such as asset pricing, decentralized file storage, token strategies and mobile application integrations.

  • Built blockchain-backed digital collecting mobile app from ground up—user research, design (with head of creative), prototyping, app and server development.

  • Created product documents, roadmap, white paper and other artifacts.

 

QuiDD: Digital Collectibles

Sequoia Capital-funded digital goods marketplace and collecting experience with a wide range of licenses—Marvel, Disney, Rick and Morty, Game of Thrones, Star Trek and hundreds more. Quidd launched in 2016 and has had over 10 million downloads since.

As Co-Founder and CPO/CTO I…

  • Built the product team responsible for designing, developing and testing iOS, Android, CMS, and data tools.

  • Planned and executed major releases, including a fast MVP and COPPA/GDPR compliance.

  • Developed key social marketplace features like item discovery, organization and peer-to-peer trading.

  • Performed and supervised data analysis and experiments, in one case resulting in a 20% increase in new user revenue.

 

Topps Digital Trading Cards

Topps digital trading card platform with MLB, NFL, BPL and Star Wars licenses. The sports apps included a real-time fantasy element (contests) where users played their cards live during games to earn points and rewards.

  • Performed product leader and developer duties while running the dev shop.

  • Developed platform from the ground up, collaborating with the client to define the product plan—strategy, requirements, roadmap, monetization.

  • Managed product team of iOS, Android, server, web and product design while also programming for iOS.

 

Jagimo!—The Social Mashup (retired)

Jagimo! is (was) the mobile social network that plays like a game. Share ideas and photos in a real-time, spontaneous, game-like environment with people from around the world.

  • Started the project with my partners in 2010 after dreaming it up at a bar. 

  • Launched MVP in three months then continued to improve the experience over the following year, adding numerous social features and a web version.

  • Ultimately pivoted to be a dev shop, initially working with Topps.
